This open-source dataset consists of 50 dialogic interactions with texts in Mandarin Chinese, concerning healthcare-related customer service scenarios.

A – Line Operator, B – Customer
A: 请问您哪里不舒服?
B: 吃完饭总觉得胃不舒服。
A: 麻烦问一下您的性别,年龄,是否吸烟喝酒,是否有药物过敏史呢?
B: 女,42,不吸烟不喝酒,没有过敏史。
A: 您胃是怎么不舒服呢?反酸吗?烧心吗?还是胃痛?有无吞咽困难呢?
B: 胃不痛,就是反酸烧心,无吞咽困难。
A: 您反酸多久了?
B: 半年左右了。
A: 有去医院看过吗?
B: 吃过几次吗丁啉。
A: 这边推荐您使用奥美拉唑4到8周,同时建议您去医院消化科就诊。
